How is RentPlus priced?
RentPlus is priced per unit per month, so the cost scales with the size of your portfolio. Every plan includes rent collection with M-Pesa, invoicing, the tenant portal and financial reports — larger plans add modules like visitor management, inspections and custom roles.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — you can start free and set up your properties, tenants and leases before paying anything. No card is required to start, and M-Pesa makes paying for your subscription as easy as paying rent.
Do you charge a percentage of the rent I collect?
No. RentPlus charges a flat subscription based on your number of units. We never take a percentage of your rent.
What happens if I grow past my plan?
You can add units or upgrade at any time, and the change is prorated. Nothing is locked in — downgrade or cancel whenever you need to.
Do tenants pay anything to use the app?
No. The tenant portal and mobile app are free for tenants, always. Standard M-Pesa transaction fees still apply to payments, as they would with any Paybill.
